5. Content & Intellectual Property

We collect minimal personal information (phone number) for billing purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. All transactions are secured.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, we do not offer refunds. If you experience technical issues, contact support for assistance.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with prior notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
MadGames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
